If you're seeking ongoing, long-term support, retainers are a great way to ensure continuous growth and consistency. A 3-month retainer is ideal for short-term, focused projects, while a 6-month retainer is best for sustained initiatives that require regular attention and adjustments.
4. What happens during a discovery call?
During a discovery call, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges and needs. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions and for me to assess how I can best support you. We’ll also identify whether a retainer, project-based work or a combination of services is the most suitable option.
5. Do you offer support for one-time projects?
Yes! In addition to ongoing retainers, I offer project-based work for one-time deliverables, such as launching a marketing campaign, developing organizational comms or organizing an event. If you need focused help for a short-term project, this is a great option.
6. Can you help me with organizing internal processes or creating systems?
Absolutely! A key part of my services is helping clients streamline their internal operations. I’ll work with you to design systems that improve efficiency, whether it’s setting up workflows, creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) or optimizing team communication.

We will schedule weekly or bi-weekly check-ins based on your needs and capacity, and I’ll keep you updated with progress reports, milestones and any adjustments needed. My goal is to ensure that you’re informed and confident in the direction of our work together.

9. What’s the difference between a la carte services and a retainer?
A retainer is best for clients who need ongoing, consistent support for long-term growth, such as recurring marketing campaigns or process improvements. A la carte services are ideal for specific tasks or one-off needs, like an email campaign or event coordination, with no long-term commitment. Throughout the course of a retainer, it is also possible to add any of the a la carte services as needed.
